An integrated production management system is applied in all processes, from R&D to production and from production to marketing.

Large Production Capacity

With a daily capacity of 35 tons, we offer dyeing and finishing services for all kinds of knitted fabrics made from cotton, synthetic, viscose, wool, and blends. We use dyeing machines with capacities ranging from 7 kg to 1,800 kg, as well as world-standard ram and sanfor machines, to ensure the highest efficiency in production.

Color and Quality Control

The original colors requested by our customers are processed in our dyeing laboratory using the most suitable dye groups according to the fabric type. Color controls are carried out with advanced spectrophotometers, and data related to each customer’s colors are archived on a batch basis.

Physical Tests and Reporting

All necessary tests are performed on the finished fabrics in our physical laboratory, and the test results are provided to our customers as a detailed report during shipment.

ÇABASAN A.Ş. follows a production management approach that integrates R&D, production, and marketing.

With a daily production capacity of 45 tons, it processes a variety of fabrics including cotton, synthetic, viscose, wool, and their blends, with dyeing and finishing done in machines with capacities ranging from 7 kg to 1,800 kg. The facility uses 8-chamber Bruckner stenters, open-width sanforizing, and two tubular sanforizing machines with calendering capabilities, all supported by state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.

Our customers original colors are matched to their fabric type in the dye laboratory. Color studies are carried out by selecting the appropriate dye groups according to the specifications requested by customers. Color inspections are conducted using spectrophotometers, and the results are archived by customer and batch.

All necessary tests are performed on the fabrics in the physical laboratory, and test results are reported to customers at the time of shipment.
