The cleaned cotton fibers are tightly baled and sent to factories where they will be spun into yarn. Each bale is carefully prepared, preserving the purity and quality of the raw cotton.

3. Becoming Yarn

When the cotton fibers reach the factory, they are spun into yarn to make them suitable for weaving and knitting. At this stage, the cotton fibers are twisted to create yarns of various thicknesses. The yarns produced here are a critical factor in determining the durability and quality of the fabric.

4. Turning into Knitted Fabric

The cotton yarns are then fed into knitting machines to be turned into fabric. The knitting process weaves the yarns together to create flexible, soft, and comfortable fabrics. Cotton knitted fabrics, with their natural structure, are an excellent choice for breathable, skin-friendly, and comfortable clothing.

5. Dyeing and Finishing

After the cotton fabrics are knitted, the final step is dyeing and finishing. The colors and patterns are determined according to our customers' requests. The fabrics are carefully dyed to achieve the desired colors and characteristics. Afterward, the finishing process is applied to improve the texture and increase the durability of the fabric.

6. Quality Control and Delivery to Customers

Once the dyeing and finishing processes are completed, the cotton knitted fabrics are tested in our quality control laboratories. Each piece is examined for color, texture, and durability to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. Approved fabrics are prepared for shipment to our customers.

Since its establishment, ÇABASAN has followed technological advancements and, through skilled human resources and R&D activities, has specialized in technical textiles, processing high-value fabrics with dyeing and finishing to meet the latest fashion trends. ÇABASAN A.Ş. follows a production management approach that integrates R&D, production, and marketing.

With a daily production capacity of 45 tons, it processes a variety of fabrics including cotton, synthetic, viscose, wool, and their blends, with dyeing and finishing done in machines with capacities ranging from 7 kg to 1,800 kg. The facility uses 8-chamber Bruckner stenters, open-width sanforizing, and two tubular sanforizing machines with calendering capabilities, all supported by state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.

Our customers original colors are matched to their fabric type in the dye laboratory. Color studies are carried out by selecting the appropriate dye groups according to the specifications requested by customers. Color inspections are conducted using spectrophotometers, and the results are archived by customer and batch.

All necessary tests are performed on the fabrics in the physical laboratory, and test results are reported to customers at the time of shipment.
